Q: What is your role with Flight Centre?
I am a Travel Manager with the Flight Centre team in Hong Kong. I look after all areas of leisure and business travel from the moment you leave your front door right up to the time you arrive back home. In addition I bring to the team a strong background and focus in handling Sports and Group travel which I am developing throughout Hong Kong.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your role?
After having traveled to over 48 countries across the world I enjoy sharing my knowledge and travel advice with others as they embark on their individual journey, whether it is for business or leisure. Each of us have different travel requirements and it is my job to match my clients needs with the best possible products and service which I enjoy in my role and often leads to long and lasting relationships. I enjoy the satisfaction my clients have knowing they can concentrate on themselves knowing they are not alone and their travel needs are in the best hands.
Q: What do you think is the key to great teamwork?
Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Q: What are your ambitions?
Hong Kong is full of opportunity, people here work hard and play even harder. In the next 12-18months I hope to develop some innovative Sports Travel events and holidays that you can "watch" or even "play". Combining your next holiday with your favorite sporting event will amplify the overall travel experience and ensure you maximize your time away from the office. My ambition is to provide unique travel experiences like these which will "wow" my clients and create memories to last a life time.
