Cathay Pacific and Dragonair Self-Service Bag DropCathay Pacific and Dragonair are now providing a convenient bag drop service at Hong Kong International Airport. This service is available to Cathay Pacific Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers, travelling to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. Dragonair Economy Class passengers flying to Chiang Mai, Fukuoka, Kota Kinabalu, Okinawa, Penang, and Phuket can also use this service.

Cathay Pacific will likely be adding more destinations for this service as the demand grows for a speedier check-in process.

Once you've checked-in online, make sure you have the boarding pass QR code with you. When you drop off your luggage, you will need to scan the QR code to obtain the luggage label. If you aren't sure
